International Yoga Day 2020
On 21 June 6th International Yoga Day was celebrated through Webinar. Teachers and students took participated in this webinar.
Event started with the importance of Yoga in day to day life and proceeded with the meditation and asanas there on.
Instructors Mrs. Rama Kamboj and Mrs. Meena Arora explained and emphasized on the type of Yoga i.e. Paschimottan, Vrikshasana, Padmasana and Surya Namaskar.
End of the session Principal Dr. Karmendra Singh addressed all the participant that with Yoga we can make our daily life stress free.
